About "Employee Self Service" Channel
Employee Self Service channel integrates with RIAS system to provide a mean
for Rutgers employee to access/update payroll, compensation, benefits and personal information
within myRutgers portal.
The information includes:
- Payroll and Compensation: W-2 Online Consent, View W-2, View Paycheck, Direct Deposit,
Voluntary Deductions, Compensation History, Federal W-4 Tax Information and NJ State-W4 Tax Information.
- Benefits: Health Care Dependent Summary and Benefits Summary.
- Personal Information: Personal Information Summary, Home and Mailing Address, Phone Numbers, Emergency Contacts,
Name Change and Ethnic Groups.
- Other Resources: Absence Reporting System (ARS), HCM System User Blog and RIAS/HR Service Desk.
